8.2. The focus is on promoting high-value-added and labor-intensive sectors, diversification, technological development, and innovation to enhance economic productivity. The objective is to establish a more sustainable and competitive structure during the process of economic growth and to enhance the qualifications of the workforce.

8.3. The goal is to promote development-oriented policies and expand access to financial services that support productive activities. It aims to provide a conducive environment for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises to formalize, grow, and create employment. Additionally, it aims to enhance economic diversity by supporting entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation.

8.4. Efforts are directed towards continuously increasing global resource efficiency and decoupling economic growth from environmental impacts. This includes implementing the 10-Year Framework of Programs on Sustainable Consumption and Production, with developed countries taking the lead in promoting sustainability in consumption and production.

8.5. The goal is to achieve full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men, including equal pay for equal work. It aims to promote workforce participation for all, including young people and persons with disabilities, ensuring gender equality and preventing discrimination.

8.8. The goal is to protect labor rights and promote safe working environments, particularly for disadvantaged groups such as women migrants and those in insecure employment. It aims to ensure the provision of safe working conditions and the implementation of occupational safety standards.

8.9. Policies are aimed at supporting sustainable tourism, encouraging activities that create employment and contribute to local culture and products.

8.10. The objective is to promote and expand access to banking, insurance, and financial services for all. It aims to strengthen the capacity of domestic financial institutions and achieve financial inclusion.

8.a. The goal is to increase aid for trade to developing countries, especially the least developed countries. Support for trade-related technical assistance through the Enhanced Integrated Framework for Trade-Related Technical Assistance to Least Developed Countries is aimed at achieving this objective.

8.b. The development of a global strategy for youth employment and the implementation of the International Labour Organization's Global Jobs Pact are targeted to address youth employment. It aims to enhance youth employability, support skill development programs, and provide job opportunities for young people.

The goals of decent work and economic growth aim to promote international efforts for sustainable and inclusive development. Achieving these goals will result in a fairer economic structure, increased employment opportunities, and improved living standards for all.
