Program Content:
1- How is the DNA of Entrepreneurship Shaped?
Basic Gains of the Module: In this module, which contains an introduction to entrepreneurship, participants learn the building blocks of entrepreneurship. They gain knowledge about basic skills and concepts.
2- Business Model Canvas
Basic Gains of the Module: In this module, participants learn what the business model canvas is, what basis they should base their ideas on, and they perform a case study on the business model canvas.
3- 21 Ways to Fail Your Startup
Basic Gains Provided by the Module: In this module, 21 items listed based on the failure stories of experienced entrepreneurs are explained.
4- Understanding the Customer
Basic Gains Provided by the Module: In this module, understanding the customer and reaching the user by going into the details of the customer, which is the most important building block of an enterprise, are discussed. At the end of the module, a case study is carried out with the entrepreneurs using the "User Empathy Map".
5- Which Problem? Which Solution?
Basic Gains Provided by the Module: In this module, one of the most important steps of entrepreneurs is to recognize problems and produce appropriate solutions to these problems. Participants gain problem identification skills and are directed to solve problems with their business ideas.
6- Revenue Model and Finance for Startups
Key Gains of the Module: In this module, entrepreneurs learn to understand basic financial reports, create budgets, cash flow management and revenue models.
7- Marketing for Startups
Basic Gains of the Module: In this module, entrepreneurs learn the basic steps and strategies of preparing a marketing plan. They learn topics such as determining the target audience, competitive analysis, product positioning and development of marketing tactics.
8- Investor Presentation
Key Achievements of the Module: This section teaches entrepreneurs to prepare effective investor presentations. Topics such as presentation strategies, content preparation, presentation techniques and skills to persuade investors constitute the content of this module. Participants gain skills in preparing effective presentations to impress potential investors.
