Impact Entrepreneurship Accelerator Program
Target Audience: Foundations, large organizations, investment funds and VCs who want to improve brand perception in the entrepreneurship, impact and sustainability vertical, with accelerator programs

Program Content:
1- How is the DNA of Entrepreneurship Shaped? In this module, which contains an introduction to entrepreneurship, participants learn the building blocks of entrepreneurship from real-life entrepreneurs. They gain knowledge about basic skills and concepts.
2- Business Model Canvas In this module, participants learn what the business model canvas is, what basis they should base their ideas on, and perform a case study on the business model canvas.
3- 21 Ways to Fail Your Enterprise In this module, 21 items listed based on the failure stories of experienced entrepreneurs are explained.
4- Impact Business Models Informing about sustainable development goals. Introduce impact business models based on one or more of the SDGs. Opportunities in the Green Deal and Net Zero target vertical.
5- Measurable Impact Quantifying the impact of the business model according to Iris and other standards, creating key performance indicators, and evaluating it in the net zero vertical, including carbon footprint.
6- Impact Finance and Globalization Promotion of local and global impact finance sources. Matching with startups within the scope of possible cooperation (actual matching is carried out for winning startups)
7- Understanding the Customer In this module, understanding the customer and reaching the user by going into the details of the customer, which is the most important building block of an enterprise, are discussed. At the end of the module, a case study is carried out with the entrepreneurs using the "User Empathy Map".
8- Which Problem? Which Solution? In this module, recognizing problems and producing appropriate solutions to these problems, which are one of the most important steps of entrepreneurs, are discussed. Participants gain problem identification skills and are directed to solve problems with their business ideas.
9- Revenue Model and Finance for Enterprises In this module, entrepreneurs learn to understand basic financial reports, budget creation and cash flow management and revenue models.
10- Marketing for Enterprises In this module, entrepreneurs learn the basic steps and strategies of preparing a marketing plan. They learn topics such as determining the target audience, competitive analysis, product positioning and development of marketing tactics. Case studies on influence marketing are carried out.
11- Investor Presentation This section teaches entrepreneurs to prepare effective investor presentations. Topics such as presentation strategies, content preparation, presentation techniques and skills to persuade investors constitute the content of this module. Participants gain skills in preparing effective presentations to impress potential investors.
